A tutu
I made this tutu for a friends' daughter for Halloween. I have made a few tutus, but never with a ribbon wrapped waist. I think it turned out pretty cute. Hope she likes it!!
I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids (1 boy, 2 girls- in that order). I have an unnatural obsession with paper & ribbon & all my creating is really just an excuse to buy more...
